Requirements
We currently seek a high caliber Maximo Applications Support Specialist to work on a long term contract basis. Based in Greenville, SC, you will be working for one of the world’s leading engineering, procurement & construction companies to the Oil, Gas & Petrochemicals sector.

Job Description:
• Troubleshooting work process and enterprise system issues in a complex environment.
• Administering, configuring (documenting configurations) enterprise scale applications. Trouble shooting Maximo issues across a distributed infrastructure environment.
• Documenting and Troubleshooting remote end user application issues.
• The projects supported are dynamic and the business environment is continuously in a state of change; changing requirements, schedules, and customer personnel. Adapting to this change and learning new processes and systems quickly.
• Documenting complex work processes and system/reporting requirements provided by customers and translating this to developers.
• Tracking and managing assigned tasks within a schedule, bringing assigned tasks to completion, following up with others to ensure tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner.
• Responsible for understanding the entire Code of Conduct and complying with its requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
• **US Citizen** as required for this Government Assignment
• 5 years experience working with a CMMS system.
• Experience troubleshooting a CMMS.
• Must understand O&M Work Processes
